Mold Found in Hallway

SERVPRO of Lake Forest South/Laguna Woods was called out to a home located in Aliso Viejo regarding some mold being found on the wall in the hallway. Upon our inspection, we found mold growth on the wall close to the baseboard. The drywall several feet up was also reading wet. The affected drywall was cut out by our techs. Once the leak was stopped, we were able to set up our drying equipment and dry the wooden framing. The homeowner was very happy with our services and left us a great testimonial.
