Slab Leak in Mission Viejo, CA
This lovely home in Mission Viejo, CA experienced a severe slab leak that resulted in nearly 100% of the wood flooring in the home to be removed. Several other bedrooms also contained the damaged floor. The before picture shows the master bedroom with all contents still in place. The after picture was taken right after all the flooring in the room was removed. The master closet was also affected, resulting in the doors and flooring in there to come out as well. In order to do work in the closet, SERVPRO had to safely box up the owner's belongings and store them until the work was completed.
