Pipe Burst

This local Lake Forest home was affect by a pipe burst in one of their lower level bedrooms. SERVPRO came to the scene and evaluated the damage once the customer had turned off the water to that area of the home. The drywall, carpet and carpet pad were completely saturated. SERVPRO quickly stripped the carpet and pad exposing the slab. Our technicians also removed asbestos free drywall in a way where the construction contractor can easily replace the missing drywall. 1 air mover and 1 dehumidifier were placed for three days to be sure all moisture would be dried to prevent any mold growth. The plumber then was able to replace the busted pipe and the repairs began shortly after by a separate vendor.
