Pipe Leak in Ceiling in Mission Viejo, CA

This home located in Mission Viejo suffered some problems after a pipe began leaking in the ceiling. The water not only affected the master bedroom, but the bathroom as well. On one wall, the drywall reaching from floor to ceiling was wet and thus needed to be removed. Lighting fixtures as well as the vanity needed to be detached and removed before the drywall could be cut. Once the drywall came out, we were able to place our equipment and finish out drying the area. The before picture was taken right after the affected areas were marked for removal, and the after picture shows the bathroom once all the affected materials were removed.
