Kitchen Water Damage Restoration

In this Lake Forest home, a major flood ensued from a  burst in the piping atop their bathroom ceiling. It is obvious that a leak starting from above would cause serious damage, thanks to our dear friend gravity. The damage spread from the upstairs bathroom, seeping down into the kitchen through the bearing and exterior walls. The job necessitated a complete demolition of the kitchen due to hidden microbial growth behind the kitchen's appliances and moisture trapped beneath the floorboards. You can see here, to aptly dry the space before demolition we must contain the area. The dehumidifying process runs quicker when the areas to draw moisture from are smaller and confined to where the damage is. After, our technicians were able to come in and remove the part of the kitchen that were unsalvageable from the damage.
