Bathroom Slab Leak in Mission Viejo

This home in Mission Viejo had a slab leak that was coming from the bathroom, affecting not only that area, but also the living room and entry. This resulted in quite a bit of flooring to be removed in the all the affected rooms. Additionally some drywall also needed to come out.

SERVPRO was dispatched to promptly take care of the issue. The flooring in this bathroom was beginning to lift, requiring it to be removed. Additionally, the vanity required removal as well. The homeowner was a bit sad since they had just recently remodeled their bathroom, but they understood that removing these materials was necessary in order to prevent further damage to their home.
