Leaking Pipe in Lake Forest, CA
SERVPRO of Lake Forest South was dispatched to a home that was suffering from extreme water damage in the living room due to a leaking pipe. A small fire caused the pipe to lose its integrity and burst. This is an example of how multiple types of damage can wreak havoc on your property. Upon arriving on-site, we inspected the damaged areas in order to formulate a drying plan. It was determined that some drywall and flooring needed to be removed. The before image shows the affected walls where the drywall was removed and the affected flooring marked for removal. The after image shows where the affected flooring had been removed. Once these damaged materials are removed, SERVPRO can then come in and complete the dry out. The area is then ready for repairs.
